I’m a light chaser

I consider myself a happy and outgoing guy, sharing my time with others is very important to me. I love to travel but I also like to lie on my couch and watch a movie. I feel very fortunate to be doing what I love for a living. I’m not pretentious and I don’t like luxury. I think that feeling accomplished with your life doesn’t directly relate to making a lot of money, so I’d rather live experiences than surround myself with material things.

I had a clear passion for photography from a very young age. I wanted to study photography but my parents didn’t want me to, so I studied to be a nurse. It wasn’t until I was 20 years old that I decided to leave nursing school and start art school. During my studies I continued taking photos and presenting my work to several competitions and exhibitions.

Wedding photography, as I understood it at that time didn’t quite fit me. It was a very strict and low risk kind of photography, the standards were too conventional and bending the rules was almost impossible. But even though my first impressions weren’t too positive there was still something about them that really caught my eye and convinced me that I could do something different without being a freak.

From that point on I had never stop documenting stories.
